There are dozens of great Twitter applications on the market today. Many of them have started to integrate support for other social media services. One of the new kids on the blog is a Mac application called Socialite. Socialite is fully featured social media app that gives the old school apps a run for their money.

WordPress is the application I use to power most of the websites I build. In fact, unless a client requires me to use another system, I use WordPress exclusively. There are a few great applications out there, but in my opinion WordPress is the best. Here’s why:

In my efforts to become more minimalistic, I have removed all unnecessary applications from my dock. At first it seemed to be a little more of a burden than a help since I was often visiting the Application folder. But then I remembered about a little program for the Mac called Google Quick Search Box.
